A SUNDAY THOUGHT

My friend says I have an “explanation problem” 😅. I mean, who explains a quote 😅 but I still will😂.

This morning in Church while reading a book teaching about the sacrificial nature of God’s love and advocating that humans copy the same, a previous book I’d read flashed through my mind.

I immediately cast out that book because it belonged to the album I call “thrash books” from seasons of experimental nonsensical research and curiosity.

Anyway, the book came again. This time with a partner so I took a look at them but my spirit revolted and this quote came as an answer to their disturbance.

You see though the love in those books burned hot, I mean so hot I felt the heat in my room – their love fought society, family, internal conflicts, you name it and it won. So they got their happily ever after.

Yet every single experience that influenced their actions cannot be described as “love” because they went against God’s standards. Full stop.
